Hi, I’m Thomas
I’m a qualified Electronics Engineer with 28 years as a Process Improvement practitioner in both private and public sectors. I was certified as Six Sigma by the Six Sigma Black Belt Academy which was founded by Mikel Harry, co-founder of Six Sigma, based on my successful Six Sigma projects while working at Penang Seagate Industries. My partners and i are experienced practitioners with the ability to achieve results and have vast experience in our respective areas. Our training is based on our skillsets which have been proven in cross-functional projects across continents as well as in small teams.
Our experience includes Cost Savings, Process and Productivity Improvement, Quality Systems Implementation, Change Management and Program Management, getting results through a culture of Continuous Improvement and ownership.
